UrbanNest Interiors, a boutique interior design firm, needed to reflect its contemporary style online. 01 Background

UrbanNest relied heavily on word-of-mouth and showroom visits. Despite offering premium interior design, their online brand looked outdated. No optimized website, no content strategy, and no visibility on search engines were holding them back from scaling digitally.

02 The Challenges

Before Hoorks entered the picture, the client’s digital presence resembled an orchestra without a conductor—potential was present, but harmony was missing. Their brand visuals were scattered, lacking unity and identity. Messaging across platforms was inconsistent, causing confusion rather than clarity. Their social media activity was infrequent and reactive, not strategic or audience-driven. Campaigns were launched without clear KPIs, leading to budget drains and little return. SEO efforts were outdated, relying on keyword stuffing rather than authentic relevance.

The website’s UX felt like a maze—visitors wandered without direction. Mobile optimization was poor, causing high bounce rates and lost opportunities. Analytics, if any, were underused; decisions were based on assumptions instead of data. The brand had outgrown its digital shell but hadn’t yet built a new one to match its evolution.

“Digital chaos doesn’t mean failure—it signals unshaped potential.”

Key Issues Identified:

  • Inconsistent brand identity across online platforms.

  • Low social media engagement and unclear content strategy.

  • Weak SEO architecture with limited keyword performance.

  • Outdated website UX and non-responsive design.

  • Lack of marketing automation and performance tracking.

  • No centralized data strategy or actionable insights.

Despite having a great product and a passionate team, their digital infrastructure couldn’t support meaningful growth. The challenge was not just to fix what was broken—but to build what was never built properly.

“They weren’t losing because of poor quality—they were invisible because of poor strategy.”

03 The Solution

Hoorks approached the project like an archeologist uncovering lost brilliance. The first step was a full digital audit—from UX design to SEO metrics, from email workflows to brand tonality. Everything was mapped.

1. Strategic Brand Realignment We started with brand discovery sessions to re-define tone, visual language, and emotional positioning. From logo refinements to typography and brand colors, we created a modern, coherent identity system that could stretch across platforms without breaking consistency.

2. UX/UI & Web Optimization The website was redesigned from the ground up. The new structure prioritized conversion paths, storytelling, and clarity. Mobile responsiveness was made a default, not an afterthought. We deployed wireframes, heatmaps, and A/B tests to ensure every pixel added value.

3. SEO Reformation We rebuilt the SEO strategy with intent-driven keyword clusters, topic authority silos, on-page technical improvements, and white-hat backlink strategies. Structured data was implemented to optimize visibility across search engines. We measured results weekly, adapting rapidly to algorithm updates.

4. Social Media Transformation A full content calendar was crafted with theme-based storytelling, real-time trends, user-generated content strategies, and influencer collaborations. Visual design was elevated to maintain aesthetic consistency. Engagement rates doubled within 60 days.

5. Paid Campaigns & Funnel Automation Using Meta and Google Ads, we developed layered campaigns targeting TOFU (top-of-funnel) to BOFU (bottom-of-funnel) users. Integrations with email marketing tools and retargeting ads ensured maximum conversion per touchpoint. We created automation sequences for lead nurturing using personalized messaging.

6. Analytics, Tracking & Optimization We integrated Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Tag Manager to build a full performance stack. Custom dashboards tracked every key metric—from click-through rate to customer lifetime value. Weekly reports informed agile decisions.

“We didn’t redesign their presence—we rewrote their digital DNA.”
